3. User Data & Privacy
All data processing occurs locally on your device. DataQueryAI does not store, collect, or access your database content, queries, or results, except when you explicitly export data. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.
4. Payments
Payments for subscriptions or licenses are handled via the software Saposs Pay , powered by FreshlimePay. DataQueryAI does not store or manage any payment information. By using paid features, you agree to the payment terms of Saposs Pay and FreshlimePay.
5. License & Intellectual Property
DataQueryAI and all associated content, trademarks, and software are the property of DataQueryAI. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
6. Limitations of Liability
DataQueryAI is provided "as-is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or issues arising from the use of the software. Users assume full responsibility for database management and use of exported data.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the software at any time for violation of these Terms. Paid subscriptions or licenses may be terminated according to Saposs Pay/FreshlimePay terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DataQueryAI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
